Although it is so sad that Ernie has moved on to his eternal life, the good news is that he is in heaven. Ernie was a great guy always happy and full of energy, always had a story to share when he called on me, loved to talk about the old Dollar General days. He will be missed.

Ernie was always so kind and compassionate toward others; a true gentleman. He was such a proud dad–anytime we talked he always expressed pride in his son Jay–he leaves a great legacy and lots of friends behind.
