Jackson Endicott, age 70, of Gallatin passed away on Monday, March 16, 2009. A native of Eldorado, Illinois; he was born to the late Martha and Alvin Endicott. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Ville Dean Endicott. He is survived by his children; Jackie Baskerville Tim of Gallatin, Jesse Endicott Melissa of Gallatin, Martha Green of Gallatin, Maxine Smith George of Princeton, IN, Larry Heady Cindy of Mattoon, IL, James Heady Dana of Gallatin; twenty grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; sisters, Nora Rose of Fresno, CA, Mary Walters of Golconda, IL; brothers, Jim Endicott of Harrisburg, IL, Chris Nay Lucy of Mattoon, IL, Len Nay of Illinois; and several nieces and nephews. Graveside service will be conducted on Saturday, March 21 at 2:00 p.m. from the Gallatin Memory Gardens at Crestview. Steven Barnhill, Adam Barnhill, Chris Baskerville, Shannon McCormick, Dallas McCormick, and Junior Baskerville will serve as pallbearers.

Uncle Jack was a great man and he will be missed. My husband and I was just talking about him today 3-18-09& then read the paper, I was shocked. I’m going to miss him.
