Mom, you are sorely missed everyday. You once told me that we were really going to miss you. You had no idea just how right you were. Thank you for the love you gave to us in this life that has been a difficult road. Without you, I don’t know that it would have been so beautiful. Rest in peace Mom, as I know you are with the Lord, and I hope to see you one day again.

Mom, you are loved and missed everyday. You are one of God’s angels now, and I know that we will see each other again one day.

I remember a mother who fought a good fight! She raised us four children to the best of her abilities, and that was no easy task! She also had a major hand in raising my own daughter. That required a heart of gold, and she was there for me, in a time in my life, when I wasn’t strong enough to carry the responsibilities of parenthood on my own. She came from a time in the great depression, and she carried in her, the will to survive, right up until her end here on earth. I miss my mother. Every single day of my life. When I think of going “home for the holidays”, there is no longer a place that I can envision, to call “home”. Not since her passing. She was loved by many. Friends, and family. She had a great gift of humor, which she shared with me on countless occasions. I loved her mightily for that! Mom, I miss you, and will always love you! I wish that there was some way that we could talk with each other today. Your loving daughter, Maria.
