Wonderful memories of Neal’s visits to Bruce and Lou in the 1950’s when Bruce and Lou were so hospitable to Neal in the service. Later good visits of the family to the Roberts clan in Vermont when Neal got to renew the friendship and connections.
When Neal and Kathleen retired in 1990 and started to go south, finally to retire to Fl, they had many good visits with Bruce at home in Hendersonville. Bruce and family were once again wonderful hosts, treating sister-in-law Gertrude Roberts and Kath and Neal like royalty. Bruce was such a giving man who welcomed us with open arms, never expecting or accepting anything in return. He will be missed.
