Travis, Jeanette Marie- Age 84, January 9, 2010. Preceded in death by her devoted husband, Leon Travis; parents, Robert and Ann Anglin. Survived by her brother, Robert Anglin, Jr.; nephews John Anglin Judy, Tony Anglin Janet; great-nephew, Anthony Anglin Jr.; great-niece, Kim Anglin. Ms. Travis was a long time member of St. Ann's Catholic Church, Seaton Society, Canby Robinson Society. Acitve pall bearers will be Kenneth Bracy, Wendell Smith, Michael Smith, Travis Smith, Steve Roberts and Jeff Roberts. Funeral services will be Monday 2:00 p.m. at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. Burial to follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Sunday 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at HARPETH HILLS.     We loved jeanette like she was a grandmother. She would do any thing for you and we loved her very much. We will miss her very much, but we had some good memories.

    This woman truely did inspire me in more ways that i can even imagine. Even though we were not blood realated she was there for me ever since i was born like a grandmother. I will miss her very much but in my heart i know that she is not in pain anymore and that she is in a better place. Jeanette I love you,and youll always be in my heart.

    A remarkable woman whom will be dearly missed. Ms. Jeanette Travis has a gift of love that she shared with anyone and everyone she came into contact with. We have a great many memories that will be forever treasures in our hearts. Our love goes out to Robert & Sandy Smith, Abigail Curtain & Kelly, Scott & Colt as well as all who has been touch by Jeanette and being bless by knowing her as such a wonderful person as she was.

    Jeanette was a member of our family. Her strong friendship to Robert & Sandy Smith brought her into our lives. Jeanette was a funny, caring, giving, wonderful person who will be missed by those that knew her best. My condolences to her families and dearest friends
