    John and Charlotte,

I am so sorry for the loss of your father. He was a good man and he, indeed your whole family, always treated me so well. I wish I could make it up to Nashville, but I will be with you in spirit. I am also making a donation to the American Cancer fund in his name. Bill Phillips

    John and Charlotte:

My father, Ray Bankston, and I would like to offer our deepest sympathy in the loss of your father. He was a dear friend to my father for many, many years. My father often spoke of your father’s time in the military and their shared times of hunting. I hope the memories of him will sustain you during this difficult time.
