IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Cynthia Danielle
Mabry
November 20, 1978 – February 2, 2026
Cynthia Danielle Mabry, born on November 20, 1978, in San Diego, California, passed away on February 2, 2026, in Greenbrier, Tennessee. A beacon of light in the lives of many, Cynthia had a gift for healing, both for herself and those around her. Throughout her life, she demonstrated remarkable resilience in the face of unexplained illness and pain. Despite the challenges she faced, Cynthia's spirit remained nurturing and compassionate, always seeking meaning in her experiences.
Cynthia’s journey through her own struggles ignited a profound calling to assist others. She dedicated her life to providing clarity, safety, and guidance to those who had experienced pain and trauma. With various degrees and certificates in her healing practice, she offered her clients a sense of wholeness and comfort, using her own story as a foundation for her practice. It was her belief that true healing involved recognizing one's inherent wholeness rather than merely restoring what was perceived as broken.
Cynthia was lovingly remembered by her family and friends for her nurturing soul. Her mom, Beverly, fondly recalls cherished memories, such as the time they spent together struggling to plant four plants and five bushes, requiring two days and a drill to break the ground. Her Sister, Christina also shared joyous moments attending a surprise concert for a shared favorite 90s hip-hop band, creating carefree memories that highlighted Cynthia's love for life. Her dad, Bart, called attention to her joyous and carefree spirit and that her laughter infected those around her
Described as a "light" in this dark world, Cynthia passionately helped not just her mother after multiple surgeries, but also her clients and other family members, embodying a spirit of service and compassion. Her hobbies included thrifting and estate sales, enjoying nature, and time spent with her family and friends.
Cynthia leaves behind her loving family, including her mother, Beverly (Paul) Coleman; father, Barton (Brenda) Stephens; siblings, Christina (Daniel) Hill, David Stephens, Eric (Amy) Stephens, and Kendra Jones; stepson, Alex (Laura) Mabry; and grandson, Will Mabry. She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Mabry.
Cynthia's legacy of helping others heal and strive for a new life, combined with the warmth she brought into the lives of those who knew her, solidifies her place in the hearts of many. She will be deeply missed, yet her spirit will continue to inspire those who follow her path of compassion and care.
A visitation honoring Cynthia will be held on February 8, 2026, at the Springfield Memorial Gardens, Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Springfield, TN, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. If inspired, a time for sharing will be provided at 3:00 PM.
