Danny Stinson

Mr. Danny R. Stinson, age 76, passed away on December 18, 2022 surrounded by his loving family. He was born on December 5, 1946 to the late Emmett and Irene Stinson. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by one sister, Ladava Matlock.

Danny was a car salesman in Springfield for over 35 years. He started his career at Barber Motor Company, before he opened his own dealership, Stinson Motors “Little Man with Big Deals,” then finished his career with Cunningham Motors before retirement. When not working, he enjoyed going to the lake and collecting antiques.

Danny is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Mrs. Robbie Finn Stinson; sons, Scott (Tara) Stinson and Jeff (Patti) Stinson; grandchildren, Bryce and Landon Fritz, and Blake and Blair Stinson. He is also survived by two brothers, Thomas Wayne Stinson and Albert Stinson; and several nieces, nephews, and cousin.

A celebration of life will be held on January 14th from 2-4pm at Springfield Baptist Church in the chapel.
