Thomas, David L., 72, October 30, 2006. Survived by wife, Patti Thomas, Kingston Springs; son, Joe Gena Thomas, Tallahassee, FL.; stepsons, James Gina Duncan, Linden, TN.. Jason Duncan, Columbia, TN, Jacob Stephanie Duncan, Linden, TN. 1 grandchild on the way and 5 step-grandchildren. The memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, November 2, 2006 at West Harpeth Funeral Home with Dale Barker officiating. A special thanks to Dr. Tumen and the Staff at St. Thomas Hospital. Visitation will be Wednesday 4-8 p.m. at WEST HARPETH FUNERAL HOME 6962 Charlotte Pike 352-9400
