Survived by husband, Jerry Lampley; children, Anita Curle, MaryTim Whitson, Doug Tami Lampley: 6 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; 4 sisters; 2 brothers. Private family graveside service following visitation. Visitation 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Friday. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.
