Jerry Kelley age 56 of Greenbrier passed away on February 13, 2020 at TriStar Centennial Hospital in Nashville.

He was born July 12, 1963 in Nashville to the late Elbert and Dorothy Kelley. He worked at Cooper Steel as a draftsman and computer specialist and Robertson County Fire Department.

Jerry was known as a loving husband, father, brother, uncle and friend. He enjoyed spending time with his nephews, who to this day still can recite memory after memory of their Uncle Jerry playing tricks on them and making them laugh. The time he spent with them gave him the tools and experience he needed when met the love of his life Charlotte. Together with her son Richie they became a family. They enjoyed traveling to the beach when ever possible or spending the weekend working on projects around their home. Jerry took pride in having a beautiful green lawn every summer.

His sense of humor and ability to make you laugh was never far away no matter the situation. These memories and others will be shared for years to come of a man that took it upon his self to make his family and the people around smile.
In addition to his parents, Jerry is preceded in death by his brother in law, Walter Cress.

He is survived by his wife of 22 years Charlotte Wooden Kelley; son, Richie Dale (Danielle) Wilmore; granddaughter, Trina White; siblings, David (Jamie) Kelley, Pam (Mike) Ramsey and Teresa Cress; nephews, Matt Fuqua, Mark (Samantha) Fuqua, Chuck Kelley and Tim Kelley and a host of great nieces and nephews.

A Life Celebration will be held on Tuesday, February 18th at 6pm in the Chapel of Grace Freewill Baptist Church 4273 Keith Road Springfield, Tennessee 37172 with Brother Doug Spain officiating.
