Joseph "Scotty" Green, age 51 of Springfield passed away on September 29, 2020.
He was born on April 18, 1969 in Springfield, was a graduated of Springfield High School and worked for many years at Electrolux.
Scotty was preceded in death by his grandparents, Estelle Green Head and Willie Green, Sr and James Bill Jones and Lois Wilson Jones, his father and step-mother, Joseph Matthew "Joe" Green and Sherry Denise Raymer Green and his brother, Kevin Green.
He is survived by his son, Travis Green; mother, Wanda Jones Howell; half-brothers, Joshua Matthew (Kayla) Green and James Bryant Green; half-sister, Kristen Jones; aunt, Lila (Michael) Sumner and a host of extended family.
A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, October 9th at 2pm with Scott Burnette officiating at Oakland Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday from 12:30 -1:30pm at the funeral home. Online condolences can be made at www.SpringfieldFH.com
