Kelly Ann Dalrymple, age 46 of Nashville passed away on January 23, 2016 at Centennial Medical Center.
She is survived by her loving family and numerous friends.
There will be no services at this time. Memorial Contribution can be made in to the Emmett Fleshman Education Fund at Greenbrier F&M Bank 2286 Hwy 41S. Greenbrier, TN 37073.
