Lisa Hargrove

Lisa Michelle Hargrove age 53 of Greenbrier passed away at St Thomas West on February 11, 2023.

She was born on August 9, 1969, in Nashville, TN to the late Larry Eugene and Bernice Clarice Moody. Lisa was a graduate of Goodpasture High School in 1989. She married the love of her life, William Troy “Chip” Hargrove on September 14, 1991, at the Third Baptist Church in Nashville. They were blessed with two children, Taylor, and Reece.

In addition to her parents, Lisa is preceded in death by her uncles, Freddie Duncan, Raymond Duncan, and Herb Dowell.

She is survived by her husband, William “Chip” Hargrove; children, Raychel Taylor Hargrove, and William Reece Hargrove; sister, Laurie Denise (James Michael) Hensley; nieces and nephews, Joshua Neal Belcher and Lauren Michelle Spann; and aunts, Linda (Gary) Dowell McQuown, Kathie Marie (LeRoy) Hollingsworth, Lula Clarice (Sam) Anderson and a host of cousins.

A life celebration will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, February 17, 2023, in the Springfield Funeral Home chapel. Burial will follow at Springfield Memorial Gardens with Mike Hensley, Josh Hensley, Todd Winters, Gary McQuown, Jason Chance, and Brandon Laboy. The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 16th from 4:00 to 8:00 pm then again on Friday from 10:00 am until the time of service at the funeral home
