Lloyd Garland Sharpe, Jr

Lloyd Garland Sharpe, Jr., a dedicated electrician who transitioned into a successful truck driver for two decades, passed away on April 19, 2024, in his hometown of Nashville, TN. He was born on August 6, 1961, in Nashville, TN.
 
Described as charismatic and a natural charmer, Lloyd had a unique ability to inspire and lead others with confidence and determination. He was known for his unwavering principles and his knack for convincing people to act as he wished.
 
Outside of work, Lloyd found joy in simple pleasures such as fishing, music and farming. He also had a passion for tinkering with vehicles and had a great love for watching movies.
 
Lloyd is survived by his children Leniecia Sharpe, Lloyd (Lindsey) Sharpe, Christopher Sharpe, Chelsea Sharpe, and Maggie Sharpe. He also leaves behind his beloved grandchildren Alex, Avery, and Zylen.
 
He is preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd Garland Sharpe, Sr., and Mary Frances Adams Sharpe; as well as his wife Cheryl Sharpe.
 
Services to honor and celebrate Lloyd's life will be held on April 25, 2024. The visitation will take place from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM followed by the Celebration of Life ceremony at 3:00 PM at the Springfield Memorial Gardens, Funeral Home & Cremation Center located at 4005 Memorial Blvd in Springfield, TN.
 
Lloyd Garland Sharpe, Jr. will be deeply missed by all who knew him. May he rest in peace with the Lord.
