Martha Leffel

Martha Ann Leffel, age 74 of Greenbrier and formally of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away at Skyline Medical Center on January 5, 2020.

She was born on September 30, 1945 to the late Fred and Linnie Pryor in Louisville, KY. Ann worked for 35 years as a Life Claims Examiner until her retirement. She loved to stay busy so she worked a few years at Walmart just to pass the time.

Ann loved spending her days off with her two girls and grandchildren shopping or cooking their favorite dishes like Chicken and Dumplings and Apple Pie. When she wasn't surrounded by her family you could find her cuddle up on the couch with Jake Man watching Court TV or talking on the phone with Betty and Jo Ann making plans for the Bingo Bandits next outing.

Ann will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend.

Ann is survived by her loving daughters, Lorrie (John) Wolfe and Julie (Nicholas Phillips) Leffel; grandchildren Laura (Jesse) Massie, Matthew Wolfe, and Samantha (Will) Freibert; and great-grandson, Landon Adam Massie.

The family request donations be made to the American Stroke Association or the American Heart Association.

Ms. Leffel wishes were to be cremated with a service at a later date. Inurnment will take place at Cave Hill Cemetery in Louisville, KY.
