Mrs. Parrish loved cooking for her family and caring for them if they were ill. Her caring nature made everyone welcome in her home. In her spare time, she enjoyed fishing at Reel Foot Lake and Lake Malone, sewing for her daughter and raising a beautiful flower garden in the spring. In 1972, she married Z.T.
