Rebecca Jayne Miller

Rebecca Jayne Miller passed away on Wednesday, August 7, 2024 in Covington, Louisiana, at the age of 75.  Born September 27, 1948, in Nashville, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Robert Lawrence Miller and Frances Trell Whatley Miller.

Rebecca graduated from Joelton High School as a member of the 1967 graduating class.  Her family will remember her as a kind hearted lady who never met a stranger.  Someone who possessed a sweet disposition, but at the same time was resilient in doing what needed to be done.   

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sons Clifford S. Jones, Jr. and Jon Carl Jones; and her twin brother Richard Wayne Miller; and her daughter-in-law Marsie Sue (nee Craig) Jones.

She is survived by her son William Jones; grandsons Aaron Craig Jones and Joshua Lawrence Jones. 

An inurnment will take place at Springfield Memorial Gardens in the near future.  The date/time of that ceremony will be updated to this obituary once they've been determined.
