He is survived by his wife Debra Gilreath; daughter Ashley (Kyle) Tarr; son, Ashtyn (Via) Schilling; grandchildren, Richard Harrison Tarr, Elizabeth Hailey Tarr, and Rebecca Kylie Tarr, and his beloved dogs Archie and Snoopy. A private family memorial will be planned at a later date.
