Stephen Ray Harper, born on September 28, 1949, in Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away peacefully on February 16, 2026, in Gallatin, Tennessee. His life was characterized by kindness, love for his family, and a deep commitment to serving God. One of his favorite Scriptures was Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight."

Steve dedicated many years to a successful career in the field of Information Technology, where he worked in various management roles. Beyond his career, Steve cherished the memories created with his family, whether playing games around the family table or traveling to Minnesota for fishing trips.

Steve is remembered with love by his wife, Becky Harper, alongside their children, Stephen Harper and Martha (Tommy) Lohman. He took pride in his role as a father and was deeply committed to supporting his children. His legacy continues through his grandchildren: Alyssa (Braiden) Gregory, Brianna Harper, Elijah Harper, and William Harper, as well as his great-granddaughter, Paisley Mae Gregory. Each of them held a special place in his heart.
