Susie O. Ray was born on December 28, 1921 and passed away peacefully May 15, 2014 at her home in Hendersonville, TN. Mrs. Ray has been a faithful Christian for her 92 years of life. She is preceded in death by her parents, and survived by her loving husband of 72 years, William Gerald Ray; children, Betty Ray Allen and husband Wendell; grandchildren, Gina Allen Kennedy (Doug) and Jeanette Allen Massey (Tom); great grandchildren, Mackenzie and Cooper Kennedy and Carter and Paige Massey. A visitation will be held on Friday, May 16, 2014 from 4-7PM. A funeral ceremony will be conducted on Saturday at 2PM, with visitation 1 hour prior at Hendersonville Funeral Home. Entombment will follow in Hendersonville Memory Gardens.
