Thomas Joseph Deserable, age 86, of Springfield, TN passed away on March 31, 2026, in Ashland City, Tennessee. He was born March 22, 1940, in Allentown, Pennsylvania, to the late Archibald and Georgette Deserable. Mr. Deserable devoted the greater part of his professional life to the construction industry, specializing in precast and prestress products. His extensive career included significant tenures at Cast Crete Concrete, Heldenfelds Brothers, Breeko Block Company, and Trans State Precast where he played an instrumental role in the manufacturing of precast and prestress concrete. His craftsmanship and dedication contributed to infrastructure development that has served communities reliably over many years.

His passion for equine activities was profound and lifelong. Thomas lived for horses, dedicating much of his time to raising and training them with unwavering commitment. He was highly respected in the quarter horse community, serving as a member and judge for numerous distinguished equine associations such as the Florida Cutting Horse Association (FCHA), the National Cutting Horse Association (NCHA), the American Quarter Horse Association (AQHA), and the Palomino Horse Association (PHA). Through these roles, he contributed significantly to the equestrian world, upholding and promoting standards and excellence within the sport.

Thomas carried a serious demeanor, but those who knew him best appreciated his sharp, sarcastic sense of humor—even if it sometimes flew over others’ heads. With family and friends, he was kind, caring, and easygoing. As a father, he took a laid-back approach, offering guidance when it mattered most while always showing steady love and support.

Above all, Thomas's proudest accomplishment was his family. He treasured his loved ones deeply and took immense pride in his grand and great-grandchildren, for whom he held a boundless affection and steadfast devotion.
